What is Tour Voice?
Tour Voice provide a consistent, seamless telephone presence, that allows you to publish and distribute “One Number” that can find you wherever you are located, that will keep your personal cell number private and significantly lower your telephone spend worldwide.
Receive inbound calls to your “One Number”
- On the road between locations on your Cell phone, smartphone, iPad/Android tablet, and MAC/PC
- At the venue on a venue-provided land-line phone, even in international venue locations
- At a hotel on your Cell phone, smartphone, iPad/Android tablet, and MAC/PC
- If completely off the grid, your calls will go to voicemail, and you will receive an email with your voicemails as a standard .wav file attachment that can be played on any device
- It’s rehearsal or show time, and too loud to listen to your voicemail or even take a call? We can translate your voicemail to text!
Our One Number feature offers each users a single unique local phone number that can be used worldwide. Pick and choose a local number from any continental United States market. LA, Nashville, New York, Chicago, Austin, virtually anywhere? No problem.
Additionally, we can provide each user up to 10 local numbers in any US market that can be used for inbound calling.
If your tour is going to be spending a significant amount of time overseas, we can provide local International numbers for any users that will work simultaneously with our local US numbers.
How does it work?
Simply choose a TouringTech local number that you publish to your Tour, Vendors, Venues… anyone you choose.
For inbound calls, simply point that number to the place you are going to be:
- Venue hardline phone
- Any cell phone
- Any phone!
- Your iPad, iPhone, MAC and Windows Laptop, Android devices
Managing your service is simple, and we provide various tools for managing your service.
- Web Portal – Login to a secured website on your Laptop or Smartphone.
- Voice Portal – Call into your voicemail, where you are presented options to change your call forwarding and other voice features
- Windows Users – Desktop Toolbar plug-in for Outlook, Internet Explorer and Firefox
- MAC/Windows Users – Web-based Call Control Client
- Smartphone Call Control App – The quickest, easiest and most intuitive tool for managing all of your voice features
For outbound calls, you can either use the same phone you are taking inbound calls on, or use the same tools you use to manage your service!

Call Control
Allows for full control of your phone service, at your fingertips, anytime. Forward from your Tour Voice service, manipulate your detailed Call Logs, manipulate both your smart device Addressbook/Contacts, but you can maintain a copied or alternative Contact list on the Tour Voice platform. Place outbound calls using the Call Control keypad. Call Control will bridge a call between your phone device (Venue hardline, Cellphone or software client), and make it appear as if you are calling from your “Tour Number”. Keep your cell phone private!
