911 Services

WANetics provides standard 911 and Enhanced 911 (e911) to customers located within the continental United States. 911/e911 service will not work outside of the continental United States.

When establishing service for your tour, your physical address will be established with the 911 Public Safety Access Point (PSAP)  If your Telephone Number location qualifies, you can use our “SAFECALL” hotline to change your physical address 24/7/365.

Make sure you have your Telephone Number, and your private PIN Number.  You will provide this information to the Safecall operator, along with your current location.  All 911 PSAPs are updated within just a few minutes.

If you have not already updated the Safecall system with your new location, are in an emergency situation, and have access to a local land line, please use that first.  If your issue is too urgent to first update the Safecall system, please call 911 anyways and provide your current location.

DO NOT TEST YOUR 911 SERVICE BY CALLING 911 IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EMERGENCY.  YOU WILL INCUR A FEE FOR CALLING 911 FOR A NON-EMERGENCY
